The University Compounds Program is conducted according to a set of terms and conditions described in a simple non-exclusive Material Transfer Agreement. Please review the agreement carefully and contact us if you need clarification or have any questions.

Participation with DuPont in this program requires acceptance by you and possibly a University official authorized to execute such agreements.

An electronic agreement acceptance process will be employed. The straightforward nature of the agreement should preclude any need for lengthy negotiation.
