For over 40 years, we’ve helped protect firefighters and other first responders with Nomex® and Kevlar® brand fibers. Together, these innovative fibers have become some of the most trusted materials for thermal protective gear. In fact, up to 70% of turnout gear's thermal protection comes from the inner components made of DuPont™ Nomex® and Kevlar®  fiber.
