Keith Duncan is a Senior Research Associate at DuPont. He works in a cutting edge microscopy and imaging facility, using advanced sample preparation and imaging technology to study all aspects of agricultural cell biology from tissues to ultrastructure to protein-protein interactions. Keith uses both cryo and chemical sample preparation technologies along with live imaging, fluorescence, laser scanning, x-ray, and electron microscopies to study fungal and bacterial pathogenesis of plant hosts, insect pest biology and all aspects of crop improvement cell biology using microscopy and imaging. Keith graduated from Alma College in 1988. He attended graduate school at the University of Georgia in Plant Pathology before being hired by DuPont as a biologist in 1990. In 1999, Keith received a master's degree in Science Education from the University of Delaware.
