Products containing DuPont™ Oxone® pool and spa oxidizer are safe to handle but it’s best to follow these basic guidelines for handling and storing all your pool chemicals:

• Always read and follow the label instructions.
  
• Store chemicals in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed in their original containers until ready for use.
  
• Add each chemical to the pool separately — never mix different types of chemicals.
  
• Avoid breathing fumes or vapors from the chemicals.
  
• Don’t buy more chemicals than you’ll use in a season — they can lose effectiveness over time.
  
• Keep pool chemicals out of reach of children.
