Aeropuerto Internacional Federal de Culiacan is an international airport, handling traffic for the city of Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. With a capacity of 22 operations per hour, it handles the highest number of passengers and operations in the state of Sinaloa. The main 2,300-ft runway and some taxi areas were repaved in 2005, typically with a 3/4" dense mix using Elvaloy® RET in a PMA meeting SHRP grade (PG 76-22). Asphalt modification and hot mix were by Asfaltos Guadalajara.
