Using Fungicide for Grapes to Prevent Downy Mildew
Watch our video to learn how preventive applications of DuPont™ Zorvec™ technology, the active ingredient in our new fungicide for grapes, can prevent downy mildew.
The greatest yield loss from downy mildew occurs during the pre-flowering and flowering period when flowers and forming bunches can be lost to disease. The best approach to controlling downy mildew of grapes – also called Plasmopara viticola or Peronospora – is to preventively apply a fungicide for grapes before the oomycete zoospores can spread, germinate, and damage grapevines.
New DuPont™ Zorvec™ technology offers an unmatched combination of consistency and control of downy mildew of grapes, even under the most challenging environmental conditions, providing you an opportunity to realize higher yields, better grape quality and improved productivity in your vineyards.
