Sorona® Branding Criteria

DuPont™ Sorona® branding criteria are as follows:

  • Fabrics using regular filament, regular staple, and comfort stretch filament fibers must contain a minimum of 20% fiber made with Sorona®.
  • Fabrics using comfort stretch staple fiber must contain a minimum of 10% fibers made with Sorona® for one-way stretch.
  •  Insulation materials must contain a minimum of 30% Sorona®.

*Triexta was approved as a new fiber generic subclass by the US FTC in March 2009.

Sorona® contains 37% annually renewable plant based ingredients by weight (28% biobased carbon)
