Important Notes

This section highlights CCRO technology ONLY; it is essentially the same as traditional Reverse Osmosis (RO) apart from the new Flow Calculator. See FilmTec™ Reverse Osmosis Membranes Technical Manual (Form No. 45‑D01504‑en) for information about anything outside the CCRO tab (i.e. defining the feed water, pH adjustment, cases, etc.).
ROSC stands for Reverse Osmosis Small Commercial. With this option 4 inch and smaller elements designs can be performed. However, CCRO is only available in 8 inch (200 mm). Contact DuPont for commercial design.
CCRO technology is a high recovery product, recommended range is 75-98%, valid range 50-99.9%. At low recovery, additional spacers are required.
Maximum pressure is 600 PSI (41 bar). DuPont Water Solutions has a different product for low recovery and high pressure utilizing CCRO technology. It has not been added to WAVE as this time. Standard design is < 450 PSI (31 bar) to avoid expensive circulation pumps (high suction pressure). Contact DuPont for assistance/support outside CCRO recommended design guidelines.
The design guidelines are the same as traditional RO.
