Chief Financial Officer
In her previous role as co-controller and head of finance for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont, Jeanmarie was a key architect of the intended separation transactions including capital and tax structures. She also oversaw the division’s strategic planning, portfolio integration, and financial reporting.
Jean joined the company in 1989, and since then, she’s held leadership roles including business, regional and corporate responsibilities. Prior to the merger of Dow and DuPont, Jean served as vice president and controller of DuPont, a role she assumed in 2015. During her more than 25 years with the company, she has acquired substantial experience in finance leadership and operations, financial planning and analysis, tax, internal audit, accounting controls, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.
A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Jean earned a B.S. in accounting from Mount St. Mary’s University and is a certified public accountant (inactive). She’s a member of the Committee on Corporate Reporting and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. She’s also an advisory board member for the University of Delaware, Department of Accounting and Management Information Systems and serves on the board of Delaware Prosperity Partnership, a public-private partnership overseeing economic development in Delaware.
