BIOBAN P-1487™ is an effective antibacterial and antifungal agent. This reaction product contains the two active ingredients 4-(2-nitrobutyl)-morpholine and 4,4'-(2-ethyl-2-nitrotrimethylene)dimorpholine which are unique in terms of their broad spectrum antimicrobial activity and compatibility. BIOBAN P-1487 is only moderately water soluble but is totally soluble in organic solvents including aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is also nonionic in nature.
