The DuPont™ GreenTape™ low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) system is ideally suited to applications requiring low loss at high frequencies, while functioning in extreme heat and other harsh environments.

DuPont™ GreenTape™ low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) material systems provide superior performance from the MHz range up to 120 GHz and beyond.  The materials, which include DuPont™ GreenTape™ 9K7 LTCC for high frequency demands (100 GHz and beyond), and DuPont™ GreenTape™ 951 LTCC (for general purpose use), combine the benefits of high temperature co-fired ceramic and thick film technologies to meet demands for electronics functioning in extreme heat and other harsh environments, such as combat zones.
