The process is simple and highly collaborative:

Tyvek® experts review the inputs and identify suitable films based on technical evaluations of film-to-Tyvek® seal performance and sealing process windows.

After signing an NDA, our team engages in a one-to-one discussion with you to share tailored recommendations, provide deeper insights and connect customers with film suppliers. Additional testing and support are also available as needed. *

Film Finder Connect for Tyvek® helps eliminate the need for lengthy trial-and-error testing. Using pre-evaluated sealing data and real application criteria from the DuPont™ Tyvek® team, we provide a curated shortlist of materials already aligned to their requirements. Enabling customers to start with informed, application-relevant options helps drastically reduce investigation and validation timelines.

From a time investment standpoint, the process is also very efficient. After signing an NDA, customers typically spend about one hour in an initial online consultation to share requirements. In return, they can avoid weeks or months of independent research and gain faster access to reliable material recommendations, helping accelerate development and decision-making.

Additionally, our dedicated Tyvek® Film Finder website includes filters to help customers easily submit their requirements, making it easy to get started.

The program is supported by the Tyvek® Healthcare Packaging technical and marketing teams. These experts conduct sealing assessments, review film-to-Tyvek® compatibility, and guide customers through material selection and process optimization.

Next steps include acquiring your own film samples, conducting your in-house testing, validating sealing performance on a customer’s equipment. Of course, the Tyvek® team remains available to accompany the process and provide technical support or process‑optimization guidance.
