Established in June 2019, DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (DuPont) is a multi-industrial advanced solutions provider. DuPont de Nemours, Inc. has never manufactured PFOA, PFOS or firefighting foam.
While DuPont is not a PFAS manufacturer, it does use select PFAS only when necessary to impart specific performance criteria in select industrial products that are essential to the safety and the critical functioning of society. Our limited use of PFAS is managed as Substances of Concern (SoC) consistent with the company’s Chemical Management Policy – Substances of Concern. In collaboration with our customers, DuPont will continue to pursue alternatives to PFAS where alternatives exist. Additionally, we have rigorous systems and processes in place to ensure that PFAS are used safely and our emissions are controlled.
We will continue to support science-based PFAS regulation and commit to complying with regulation globally.
