Foam-board insulation engineered for the most demanding composite panel applications, Panel Core XPS Insulation is a Styrofoam™ solution that provides a strong bond surface, resistance to moisture, and resistance to adhesives – which means you can save on glue.
Styrofoam™ Brand Panel Core 30
Styrofoam™ Brand Panel Core 30 Insulation is a closed-cell, high performance core material featuring a proprietary extrusion process facilitating precise control of parameters like density, cell size and cell orientation. This process yields foam boards that can stand up to the most demanding and extensive array of composite panel applications. Panel Core 30 is available with straight edge treatment in nominal board thicknesses up to 4”, board lengths up to 216” and board widths up to 50”. Not all product sizes are available in all regions.

1Vertical compressive strength is measured at 10 percent deformation or at yield, whichever occurs first.
2 R means resistance to heat flow. The higher the R-value, the greater the insulating power.
3These numerical flame spread and smoke developed ratings are not intended to reflect hazards presented by this or any other material under actual fire conditions.
4R-values are consistent with criteria of ASTM C578 and the requirements of the FTC R-value rule (16 CFR Part 460)
