Notice to Suppliers: On January 15, 2025, DuPont announced it is targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
In anticipation, DuPont is updating its legal entity structure. Until the closing of the Intended Electronics Separation, all businesses are and continue to be, businesses of DuPont.
For now, nothing changes for our valued suppliers. You will hear more from us regarding potential changes as we get closer to executing the Intended Electronics Separation. Thank you for your ongoing partnership, and ensuring a continued focus on quality and operational excellence.
* The Intended Electronics Separation will not require a shareholder vote and is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including final approval by DuPont's Board of Directors, receipt of tax opinion from counsel, the completion and effectiveness of the Form 10 registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals and satisfactory completion of financing.
