DuPont™ Tychem® 6000 Hooded Coverall with Elastomeric Interface Hood. Offers broad barrier against chemical warfare agents and industrial chemicals. Gray, rear entry coverall features an elastomeric interface hood for liquid-tight seal, a horizontal zipper, reinforced knees, double storm flap with snaps and hook and loop closure, elastic at waist, attached socks, attached inner gloves (to be used with appropriate outer gloves), semi-auto locking slider zipper pull, and taped seams. FEATURES & PRODUCT DETAILS

Tychem® 6000 garments are made of a proprietary barrier film laminated to a Tyvek® substrate. The fabric provides at least 30 minutes of protection against over 180 challenge chemicals including chemical warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals. Tychem® 6000 garments are strong, durable and lightweight, and they are available in low-visibility gray fabric, making them a preferred choice for law enforcement, emergency medical services (EMS) technicians and military personnel.

  • Certified according to Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
  • Chemical protective clothing, Category III, Type 3-B, 4-B, 5-B and 6-B.
  • EN 14126 (barrier to infective agents), EN 1073-2 (protection against radioactive contamination)..
  • Antistatic treatment (EN 1149-5) - on inside
  • Stitched and over-taped seams with barrier tape for protection and strength
  • Back entry with zipper, double zipper flap with snaps and hook & loop closure
  • Attached dissipative socks
  • Rear entry with double flaps for enhanced safety of the wearer from frontal exposure
  • Enables earthing of the wearer through dissipative shoes without need for additional earthing cables
