Employee Resource Groups
Outside of our immediate work groups, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a primary conduit for cultivating connection and belonging across DuPont.
These groups are our best source of mentors, coaches, and role models for employees seeking connection. ERGs play a crucial role in enhancing workplace culture by providing employees with opportunities to share their experiences and facilitate initiatives that build relationships and drive growth.

DPAG is a network of Asian employees that promotes an inclusive and empowered environment by increasing awareness of Asian cultures and perspectives to support DuPont’s global business growth.
