Chad Chichester appointed president of NLGI

During the 2026National Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI) Annual Meeting, Chad Chichester, Application Development Engineer for MOLYKOTE® Specialty Lubricants, assumed the role of President of NLGI. As part of the leadership transition, he delivered an inaugural address outlining his vision for the organization over the next two years.

Before becoming President, Chichester served as NLGI Vice President and has been actively involved with the organization for more than 20 years. Throughout that time, he has contributed to the advancement of the grease industry through a variety of leadership and educational roles, including chairing numerous committees and instructing several industry courses. His dedication and service have been recognized through multiple NLGI awards honoring his contributions to both the organization and the grease industry.

NLGI is a not-for-profit trade association for grease manufacturers, providing a platform for industry collaboration, education, and professional development. Chichester's extensive involvement with the organization and longstanding commitment to the grease industry have positioned him to lead NLGI into its next chapter.
