Low-Temperature Performance

Using synthetic fluids with a very high viscosity index (VI) – such as phenylmethyl-silicone base oils, which can operate in temperatures near -73°C – select MOLYKOTE^® Specialty Lubricants can handle low-temperature applications.

Many of our lubricants are tested for low-temperature torque values in extreme environmental conditions. These MOLYKOTE^® lubricants continue to perform where many other lubricant chemistries solidify and inhibit movement.
