This page has been created to provide DuPont suppliers and business partners with the latest information and guidance—including actions they may need to take—related to name changes in DuPont legal entities.
As part of the separation of Dow Inc. and DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (“DuPont”), certain legacy Dow legal entities were retained by DuPont. Under the terms of the separation, DuPont must eliminate the use of certain legacy Dow brand names and retained legal entity names, such as those that contain Rohm and Haas. These administrative changes do not impact DuPont’s ownership of the in-scope legal entities. In addition, DuPont has updated contact addresses for certain legal entities.
Three legal entities in Mainland China and one legal entity in Denmark were completed in February. The remaining name and address changes are now complete as well. (Click on the button below to see the exact dates.)
