Antonella brings to her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) more than 20 years of experience in finance roles for several large, multi-national industrial manufacturing companies. She has extensive experience with companies undergoing significant transformation.

Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer in 2024, Antonella, who arrived at DuPont in 2022, served as CFO of DuPont Water & Protection. Before joining DuPont, she held leadership roles in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and Communications at Johnson Controls and Tyco, playing a pivotal role in transformative events such as the Johnson Controls/Tyco merger in 2016 and Tyco’s three-way separations in 2012 and 2007. 

Antonella has served on the Board of Directors for JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. since March 2024. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she received her Bachelor of Science from the College of New Jersey in 1997.
