As President of Diversified Industrials, Beth leads a portfolio of businesses delivering sustainable, technology-based products and solutions for building and industrial applications. She oversees DuPont’s Advanced Mobility, Building Technologies, and Printing & Films businesses, driving growth and innovation across these markets.
Prior to joining DuPont in 2025, Beth held a series of leadership roles with increasing responsibility across manufacturing operations, strategic transformation, and global business leadership. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of IMI’s Life Technology business and as Divisional Managing Director of Precision Engineering at IMI, a UK-based industrial machinery company. Earlier in her career, she spent six years with ITW, where she held multiple Group President roles, including Packaging Equipment & Consumables, Polymers, and Fluids, leading global businesses focused on revenue growth and operational performance. Prior to her time at ITW, she drove growth through P&L responsibility at Belden and commercial leadership at Ingersoll Rand.
Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She serves on the board of directors of SKF Group, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and previously served as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum of the Chicago Academy of Sciences.
