Since joining DuPont in 2025 as Chief Operations & Engineering Officer, Dave has led the company’s Operational Excellence and Engineering organizations. He is responsible for developing and deploying strategies to simplify operations and drive breakthrough performance across key metrics, including revenue growth, margin expansion, working capital, and on-time delivery. His role includes advancing a global lean transformation and strengthening a “region-for-region” manufacturing and supply footprint, while executing multiple capacity expansion initiatives.

Dave brings a strong track record of leading large, complex organizations to deliver sustained performance improvements. He has deep experience driving growth and margin expansion across highly regulated industries, including aerospace, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing. Prior to joining DuPont, he spent a decade with Danaher, Pall, and Beckman Coulter, where he held leadership roles in global operations, supply chain, and business systems, including Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain and Senior Director of Supply Chain.

Dave holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
