As President of Healthcare & Water Technologies, Jeroen oversees DuPont’s global Healthcare & Water segment, which includes the Tyvek®, Spectrum Plastics Group, Donatelle Plastics, Liveo™, and Water Solutions businesses. Based in Wilmington, Delaware, he is responsible for driving growth and innovation across this diverse portfolio.

Jeroen joined DuPont in 2018 as Global Vice President and General Manager for Performance Resins within the Transportation & Advanced Polymers business. He was later appointed Chief Commercial Officer for DuPont’s Performance Materials business in 2019 and went on to lead the Water Solutions business beginning in 2024 before assuming his current role in 2025. Prior to joining DuPont, Jeroen spent more than two decades at Dow Corning, where he held a range of global commercial and business leadership roles across automotive, electronics, industrial, consumer, construction, and chemical markets. His international experience includes leadership positions in China, Japan, and the United States, where he drove business growth, expanded market presence, and led strategic initiatives in procurement and digital commerce.

Jeroen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on International Marketing and Management, from Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, the Netherlands. He has also completed executive education in finance at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
