As Chief Strategy and M&A Officer, Sasha works to strengthen DuPont’s efforts to drive acquisitions and organic growth as part of the company’s transformation into a world-class multi-industrial company. With deep domain knowledge across industrials, technology, and healthcare, he brings over 12 years of experience in driving portfolio transformations across growth strategy development, acquisitions, spin-offs, and end-market work.
Prior to arriving at DuPont in January of 2022, Sasha served as Senior Director of Strategic Development at Fortive, a $5.7B Rev industrial technology leader. In that position, he led firmwide strategic planning cycles; drove several acquisitions, including Accruent, Gordian and Censis; and served as the project leader for the separation and spin-off of Vontier, a $2.7B Rev transportation and mobility company. Prior to Fortive, he served Bain & Company as Consultant and Case Team Leader, advising PE and multinational companies.
Sasha has an MBA from The Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of Oklahoma.
