Flexible Health and Wellness
DuPont Integrated Health Services (IHS) teams across the world delivered flexible options for employees to engage in health, nutrition and well-being programs. A variety of options such as virtual or on-site health assessments, walking challenges, nutrition awareness events and new online resources were promoted.
Our North America region has online health resources to help employees improve their overall well-being thought health habit tracking, virtual health coaching, financial well-being course and online modules to practice mindfulness, stress reduction techniques, yoga and more.

The IHS team in Mexico launches a nutrition and wellness app designed to combat obesity and associated health outcomes. Through the new app, employees can access educational webinars and resources on topics such as portion control, dining etiquette and the relations between nutrition and mental health.
The app also facilities monthly half-hour nutrition and wellness coaching sessions. During these coaching session, employees work with a health professional to understand the psychology behind their eating habits and develop personalized nutrition plans. Employees can track their diet and progress through the app.
