Dow Fellow Gary Parsons Named by Building Science Corporation As Industry Expert Contributor to

Midland, MI - August 13, 2014 - A Drawing on his 30-year career in the construction industry, Dow Fellow, Gary Parsons, will be featured as an “Industry Expert” sharing his insights on topical discussions surrounding relevant building industry trends and challenges, on Building Science Corporation’s (BSC) industry leading online platform “Conversations”.

Parsons will be among an elite group of industry experts who serve as resources for the highly respected BSC website, bringing it additional depth and breadth. The free online resource combines building physics, systems design concepts and greater awareness on sustainable building practices, all to promote the design and construction of buildings that are more comfortable, durable, healthier and more sustainable. The website is a key tool for builders, contractors and architects looking to gain insights and expert advice on the latest industry trends.

Beyond his role as a Dow Fellow, Parsons is active in the building and construction industry and has received recognition as a LEED Accredited Professional, a licensed residential contractor in the state of Michigan, and a member of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
