DuPont Expands Limited Warranty Coverage for Building Envelope Solutions Across Residential and Commercial Applications

Longer warranty terms reinforce DuPont’s commitment to durability, performance, and long‑term building protection

WILMINGTON, Del., March 10, 2026 — DuPont today announced enhancements to its limited warranty offerings for DuPont Building Envelope Solutions, extending coverage periods across multiple building types to provide greater confidence, long‑term performance assurance, and added value for customers.

The expanded warranties reflect DuPont’s continued commitment to providing durable, high‑performance building envelope solutions that support a wide range of residential and commercial construction needs.

Expanded Warranty Coverage

Under the updated warranty program, DuPont has increased limited warranty coverage as follows:

• Single‑Family Residential Buildings:
  DuPont Building Envelope Solutions products now carry a 15‑year limited warranty, extended from the previous 10‑year coverage.
  
  
• Wood‑Framed Multi‑Family and Light Commercial Buildings:
  Limited warranty coverage has been extended from 10 years to 15 years for qualifying applications.
  
  
• DuPont Building Knowledge Center Quality Assurance Projects:
  For projects completed under the DuPont Building Knowledge Center Quality Assurance Program, limited warranty coverage has been extended from 15 years to 20 years.
  
  
• Commercial High‑Performance Buildings of Any Height:
  DuPont Building Envelope Solutions products are now backed by a 15‑year limited warranty, increased from the former 10‑year coverage.

These warranty enhancements apply to qualifying DuPont™ Building Envelope Solutions products and reinforce DuPont’s focus on performance, durability, and long‑term building protection.
