DuPont empowers builders to achieve high performance goals with innovative solutions

WILMINGTON, Del., Feb 25, 2025 — As the construction industry accelerates its shift toward more energy-efficient homes, the emphasis on high-performing, well-insulated building envelopes has never been more essential. At IBS, DuPont will provide visitors with complimentary consultations focused on building envelope design using our proprietary energy UA calculator. With expert assistance from our specialists, attendees can explore a variety of solutions and products that align with the latest standards, to help them simplify and improve their building practices.

DuPont will also showcase new additions that enhance building performance. The DuPont™ Tyvek® Protec™ PSU Underlayment, designed for extreme temperature resilience, is the latest enhancement to our roofing portfolio. This self-adhered underlayment specifically targets critical roofing areas, such as eaves and valleys, ensuring exceptional protection against water penetration.

Additionally, we will be showcasing Great Stuff™ Wide Spray, a one-component foam sealant that expands to fill larger gaps and difficult-to-reach areas, delivering a durable, weather-resistant seal for effective air and moisture control.
