Personal Information DuPont Collects
“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to you as an identifiable individual. In some jurisdictions, some Personal Information DuPont processes may be considered “sensitive personal information” (also known as “sensitive personal data” or “special category data” in some jurisdictions). How We Use Personal Information

Your “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
How We Collect IP Addresses
An IP Address is identified and logged automatically in DuPont server log files whenever a user visits the Site, along with the date and time of the visit and the page(s) that were visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice on the Internet and is done automatically by many web sites.
How DuPont Uses and Discloses IP Addresses
DuPont uses IP Addresses for purposes such as calculating Site usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, administering the Site and presenting content that is tailored to your country. We may also use and disclose IP Addresses for all the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information. Please note that we treat IP Addresses, server log files and related information as Other Information, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law and classify it as Personal Information, in which case we shall process the IP Addresses in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
This Privacy Statement does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site to which the Site or the App contains a link. The inclusion of a link on the Site or the App does not imply endorsement of the linked site by DuPont. We are not responsible for the information collection, use, disclosure or security policies or practices of any app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, including with respect to any Personal Information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Apps.
DuPont does not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals.
DuPont uses reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect Personal Information under DuPont control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Your choices regarding DuPont’s use and disclosure of your Personal Information
DuPont gives you many choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Information for marketing purposes. We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.

DuPont is committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. DuPont does not target the Site or the App to children less than sixteen (16) years of age or knowingly collect Personal Information from children for the purpose of selling products or services.

DUPONT’S USE OF ANALYTICS
We use Adobe Analytics, or potentially other analytical tools such as ScanTrust, etc., which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about your use of the Services and report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information regarding the use of other websites, apps and online resources.
We also use this other information for purposes such as calculating Site usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, administering the Site and presenting content that is tailored to your country.
Please be aware that, in some jurisdictions, such non-personal, other information may be considered personal information, in which case we shall process such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
We ask that you not send DuPont, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (as defined under applicable laws) (for example, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Site or App or otherwise to DuPont, unless you are required to provide such sensitive Personal Information to us in order to receive the benefit of our products or services.
For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, “Automated Decision Making” means the use of computer programs or algorithms to automatically analyze or assess personal behaviors, habits, interests or hobbies, or financial, health, credit or other statuses, and make automated decisions based on such analysis or assessment.
From time to time we may process your IP address, location, cookies or previous browsing behavior data through Automated Decision Making for the purpose of enhancing your browsing experience at our Sites, and tailor the content we present to you to better match your preferences and interests.

Retention Period
Generally, we will keep your Personal Information for a period of three (3) years upon the end of your engagement with us, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law. Upon expiration of the retention period, Personal Information will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws.
Use of Site by Children
DuPont’s Site or App are not targeted at children less than fourteen (14) years of age and DuPont does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.
To the extent children’s data will be collected and processed, DuPont will only process personal data of children if there is a legal basis to do so (e.g. if we have obtained consent as required under applicable laws) and in accordance with this Privacy Statement (and any other notices which we are required to provide under applicable laws).
