Our suppliers are critical stakeholders to our success as a premier multi-industrial company. The DuPont Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and standards our suppliers and their subcontractors must follow, including responsible social, ethical, and environmental practices.

We have strict gift and entertainment policy for the Global Procurement function. We do not give or accept gifts or entertainment to influence business decisions. We ask our suppliers to help us meet our commitment to the highest ethical behavior, by not sending any gifts, even during traditional "gift giving times" such as the holidays at the end of the year.
