Jon is president of the DuPont Non-core segment. In this role, Jon works with the management teams of the businesses that comprise the reporting segment to define the best, tailored value creation strategies that maximize their value and support their long-term sustainable growth.

 
 
 

Previously, as Head of Strategy for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont, Jon led the integration management process related to the DowDuPont merger transaction, while also managing the division’s strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, global procurement, and facilities services and real estate areas.  He was instrumental in helping the company develop and deliver improvements to our product portfolio, and design a strategic planning process to deliver growth and value.  

Jon joined DuPont as a business development manager in 2005 and subsequently held positions spanning commercial, strategy, and business leadership roles, culminating in being appointed President, DuPont Electronics & Communications in 2015.

Prior to joining DuPont, Jon was an economist and business development manager for the Utah Department of Community and Economic Development. 

Jon earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Utah and a M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) and Delaware Innovation Space.
