Jon Kemp is President of DuPont’s Electronics & Industrial business, serving the semiconductor, circuit board, display, healthcare, aerospace, transportation, industrial, digital and flexographic printing industries. In this role, Jon is responsible for setting and driving the business’ strategy and operations to capitalize on transformational market trends, drive organic and inorganic growth, and enable differentiation through innovation. 

 
 
 

Jon’s leadership in the electronics space spans more than a decade.  He was named to his current role in 2019, and previously served as President, DuPont Electronics and Communications from 2015-2017 and global business director for the Circuit & Packaging Materials business from 2013-2015. Following DuPont’s merger with Dow in 2017, Jon was the head of strategy for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont playing a leading role in its transformation strategy. Jon joined the company in 2005.

He currently serves on the International Board of Directors for SEMI, an organization focused on advancing the global semiconductor supply chain, where he Chairs the Board of Industry Leaders.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Utah, and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
