DuPont™ Liveo™ Soft Skin Conductive Tapes

Designed to improve long-term monitoring & design flexibility

Liveo™ Soft Skin Conductive tape is an innovative, hydrogel-free interface material developed to enable long term biosignal monitoring.

  • Highly conformable silicone-based thermoset adhesive tape with electrical conductivity
  • Conductive adhesive rollstock with tunable widths and thicknesses ranging from 150 to 200 µm
  • Patented soft, tacky anhydrous gel technology
  • Slight adhesion (e.g., a sticky note) to enable conformability and maintain close contact to skin
  • Product physical, electrical and adhesion properties not affected by skin humidity
Long-term biosignals tracking
  •  For skin patches for long-term monitoring; offers good skin conformability, breathability, no drying over time, repositionability with gentle adhesion

  •  Single-use electrode (snap or zero insertion force electrode)

  • Intended to be used for a wide range of electrical biosignals for patient diagnosis and monitoring; examples include:

    • ECG for diagnosing atrial fibrillation (also known as AFib or AF)

    • Incontinence care

    • EEG for sleep monitoring and epilepsy monitoring

    • EMG for muscle stimulation and rehabilitation

    •  Clinical trials

Advantages
  • High signal quality for several days(7 >days)
  • Resistive electrical conductivity
  • Consistent low electrode-to-electrode impedance at variable electrode thickness and surface area
  • Durable, stable and gentle on patient skin
  • Safe and compliant
  • Transfer coatable tape without requirement of Ag/AgCI
  • Suitable for lower-cost packaging
