As part of the separation of Dow Inc. and DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (“DuPont”), certain legacy Dow legal entities were retained by DuPont. Under the terms of the separation, DuPont must eliminate the use of certain legacy Dow brand names and retained legal entity names, such as those that contain Rohm and Haas. These administrative changes will not impact DuPont’s ownership of the in-scope legal entities.
In addition, DuPont will be updating contact addresses for some legal entities.
Effective early February, three legal entities in Mainland China completed a change in name. (Click on the button below to see the exact dates.) All remaining name changes for Mainland China branches and the rest of the world are estimated to take effect on approximately April 1, 2024.
These changes will not impact:
DuPont recognizes that these changes will require customers to take action according to their internal controls and processes. In the coming months, customers will receive detailed information, and account representatives will work to ensure a smooth transition.
