This page has been created to provide DuPont suppliers and business partners with the latest information and guidance—including actions they may need to take—related to name changes in DuPont legal entities.
As part of the separation of Dow Inc. and DuPont de Nemours, Inc. (“DuPont”), certain legacy Dow legal entities were retained by DuPont. Under the terms of the separation, DuPont must eliminate the use of certain legacy Dow brand names and retained legal entity names, such as those that contain Rohm and Haas. These administrative changes will not impact DuPont’s ownership of the in-scope legal entities. In addition, DuPont may be updating contact addresses for certain legal entities.
Effective early February, three legal entities in Mainland China completed a change in name. (Click on the button below to see the exact dates.) All remaining name changes for Mainland China branches and the rest of the world are estimated to take effect on approximately April 1, 2024.
