Pyralux® AG Copper-Clad Laminate

DuPont™ Pyralux® AG is an all-polyimide double sided copper clad laminate that is offered in both sheets and rolls with global availability and is ideal for use in high volume consumer, medical and automotive applications.

• Compatible with conventional flexible circuit fabrication processes, including oxide treatment and wet chemical plated-through-hole desmearing
• Excellent dimensional stability
• Excellent moisture and insulation resistance properties
• High tear and peel strengths
• Robust thermal resistance
• Halogen free

Constructions

• Copper thickness: 7, 9, 12, 18, 35um
• PI thickness: 12, 25, 50um
• Copper type: available with both ED and RA coppers
• Standard size rolls are 250 or 500mm wide by 100m long
• Standard size sheets are 18” by 24” (TD by MD)

Certifications

• UL 94 V-0 flammability rating
• Certified to IPC 4204/11
