DuPont™ AmberChrom™ XT20 Chromatography Resin
DuPont™ AmberChrom™ XT20 chromatography resin is a macroporous polymeric resin for reversed phase HPLC. This resin is used in bioprocessing applications to help purify peptides and oligonucleotides for therapeutic and PCR testing. With its high mechanical robustness and chemical resistance, it is an excellent alternative to reverse phase silica such as C18 silica. AmberChrom™ XT20 chromatography resin is the smallest resin in the AmberChrom™ chromatography resin portfolio and is designed as an option for purification processes that prioritize resolution over process pressure.
Uses
- Oligonucleotide purification by reverse phase HPLC with DMT-On (trityl-on) or DMT-OFF (trityl-off) purification strategies
- Capture, separation, and purification of peptides
- Final polishing to remove trace impurities
