Softening & Dealkalization with Ion Exchange Resins 

DuPont™ AmberLite™ ion exchange softening resins remove cations associated with hardness (such as Ca and Mg) from industrial wastewater to avoid scale formation caused by precipitation of sparingly soluble salts like calcium carbonate.
