FilmTec™ Fortilife™ Nanofiltration Elements for Water and Water Reclamation

FilmTec™ Fortilife™ NF1000 and NF1000 HP elements are a salt selective nanofiltration element that cuts costly RO concentrate volumes by separating monovalent from divalent ions to generate purer salt streams, boosting water and resource recovery, lowering energy and OPEX, and enabling more efficient crystallization or brine valorization in MLD/ZLD and industrial reuse.

FilmTec™ Fortilife™ XC120 element is designed to provide a stable wastewater recovery experience with robust membrane technology and help to achieve brine concentration up to 120g/L NaCl. 

FilmTec™ Fortilife™ XC120UHP element is a high-salt-rejection element designed to produce directly reusable permeate while achieving brine concentrations of up to 120 g/L NaCl. 

FilmTec™ Fortilife™ XC160UHP element, a multi-award-winning solution, enables higher water recovery and reduces the reject brine for the downstream treatment process. 

The FilmTec™ Fortilife™ XC220 element is designed to enable NaCl concentrations up to 220 g/L, partially displacing conventional downstream thermal treatment.  

FilmTec™ Fortilife™ XC-Max UHP element further extends ultra‑high‑pressure capability and, when integrated into an optimized system design, helps reduce footprint and simplify overall process configuration.
