Treating water often requires more than one technology to achieve the desired water quality for a specific application. Individual water treatment technology design tools make it difficult to optimize systems with multiple technologies to produce water reliably and at the lowest possible cost. The WAVE Design Software integrates three of the industry’s leading technologies – ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and ion exchange – into one comprehensive tool using a common interface. It simplifies the multi-technology design process and ultimately helps reduce the time it takes to design water treatment systems.
WAVE upgrades the best features of our older software, ROSA, UFLOW, IXCALC and CADIX, while bridging the technologies together under one common, user friendly and time saving interface. It is our new software for estimating performance of UF, RO and IX technologies in water treatment systems, either individually or in various combinations.

FTNORM (FilmTec's Normalization of Membrane Systems)
After a system is designed with WAVE and finally operating, it is important to protect your investment by monitoring the performance of the plant and determining when it is time for a preventative cleaning cycle that enables membrane life to be extended.
But variations in feed water temperature, salinity or pump pressure can influence the apparent productivity and rejection of a membrane system, making it less obvious when a real change in membrane performance has occurred. FTNORM takes away the guesswork by compensating for these variations.
