DuPont Water Solutions Launches Gen AI Chatbot to Make Technical Knowledge More Easily Accessible 

Minerva provides on-demand technical information for DuPont’s purification technologies

WILMINGTON, Del., November 13, 2024 — DuPont Water Solutions today launched Minerva, a generative AI chatbot designed to make knowledge and technical information about its products and technologies more quickly accessible to its customers and members of global water sector.

In addition to a broad portfolio of advanced purification technologies, water professionals value access to DuPont’s technical support and scientific knowledge to help them solve water challenges globally.  DuPont shares access to this knowledge through its global technical services team, the Water & Life Sciences Academy programs, a variety of tools and calculators, and an online Resource Center comprised of product data sheets, regulatory information, manuals, and more.  

To increase access to DuPont Water Solutions’ comprehensive technical library, Minerva has been trained to instantly search, find and synthesize a concise, tailored answer to the user’s query, while offering embedded source references for deeper study. Customers can also engage with Minerva in a wide range of languages, broadening access to DuPont’s knowledge and resources.
