DuPont™ AmberLyst™ CM-4
DuPont™ AmberLyst™ CM-4 Polymeric Catalyst can be used as a strong acid catalyst for a number of organic reactions such as those involving esterification, etherification, ester hydrolysis, hydration, and aromatic alkylation, including Bisphenol A production. The macroporous structure of DuPont™ AmberLyst™ CM-4 provides excellent physical stability in organic media and gives a large effective area for catalysis.
