Dry FilmTec™ Seamaxx™-440 Element
FilmTec™ Seamaxx™-440 elements are the choice for seawater and brine systems operating at low to medium levels of salinity and temperature, as well as high rejection seawater membrane models in ISD configuration in high levels of salinity and temperature. The element's high flow rate and high productivity bring energy savings compared to conventional elements. Dry FilmTec™ Seamaxx™ 440 elements feature the same benefits as the established FilmTec™ Seamaxx™ 440 elements, but with the storage and handling advantages of dry elements.
- FilmTec™ Seamaxx™ elements offer the lowest energy consumption in the FilmTec™ elements portfolio
- Chemically-stable membrane can withstand wide pH range for cleanings (pH 1 – 13) for effective clean in place (CIP) processes
- Dry elements do not require pH monitoring during storage
Uses
- Seawater desalination for municipal and industrial applications
- Low and medium feed water salinity
- Used in combination with other seawater FilmTec™ elements for Internally Staged Designs (ISD)
- Suitable for mid-stage lithium concentration in Direct Lithium Extraction (5-10x enrichment)
