AmberLite™ FPA51 Ion Exchange Resin is a macroporous, weak base anion resin. It is designed for the deacidification and purification of liquid foods and beverages. It is specifically useful in the deacidification of fruit juices and the production of neutral beverage bases from both fruit and malted sources.
