DuPont™ AmberChrom™ 1x4 200-400 Cl Fine Mesh Ion Exchange Resin

DuPont™ AmberChrom™ fine mesh anion exchange resins are microporous (gel) resins based on polystyrene crosslinked with DVB and functionalized with trimethylammonium chloride ligands. These ion exchange chromatography resins are used in the front-end of drug processes to help purify raw materials, adjust pH or desalt, remove surfactants from drug streams, and increase product purity and concentration in crude purifications.  With its moderate crosslinking level, the AmberChrom™ 1x4 anion exchange series is an excellent choice for applications that need to process drugs and raw materials up to ~ 1400 Dalton molecular weight.  There are four products in this series.

DuPont™ AmberChrom™ 1x4 200-400 Cl fine mesh resin has the smallest particle size of the 1x4 series.  It is an excellent choice for processes that are willing to accept higher backpressure for faster kinetics.  Screened with 200-400 mesh, approximate particle size range of 35-75 µm.  See Product Data Sheet for details.
