DuPont™ AmberChrom™ 50Wx4 200-400 H Fine Mesh Ion Exchange Resin

 
 
 

DuPont™ AmberChrom™ fine mesh cation exchange resins are microporous (gel) resins based on polystyrene crosslinked with divinylbenzene (DVB) and functionalized with sulfonic acid ligands. These ion exchange chromatography resins are used in the front-end of drug processes to help purify raw materials, adjust pH or desalt, remove surfactants from drug streams, and increase product purity and concentration in crude purifications.  With its moderate crosslinking level, the AmberChrom™ 50Wx4 series is an ideal choice for applications that need to process drugs and raw materials up to ~ 1400 Dalton molecular weight.   There are three products in this 50Wx4 fine mesh cation exchange series. 

DuPont™ AmberChrom™ 50Wx4 200-400 H  fine mesh resin has the smallest particle size of the series.  It is an excellent choice for processes that are willing to accept higher backpressure for faster kinetics.  Screened with 200-400 mesh, approximate particle size range of 35-75 µm.  See Product Data Sheet for details.
